Barbara’s path in the healing arts is born from a life marked by profound loss and the search for wholeness. She lost her parents to cancer, and over the following decade, said goodbye to her grandparents, a sister, and two brothers and a divorce—each loss leaving echoes in her body and heart. Through this pain, she came to know intimately how grief, fear, and unspoken emotions can take residence in the body, shaping the way we move, breathe, and simply exist.
Amid this grief, Barbara found healing energy that not only transformed her own life but illuminated a path toward release, restoration, and wholeness. For 26 years, she has devoted herself to learning, growing, and refining her craft—continually seeking tools and practices that guide others back to their true selves, soothe the nervous system, and reclaim a life of balance, presence, and embodied vitality.
